Bill Jones is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and IT operations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Software Engineering at NCube Ltd since February 2024, Bill previously held the role of Director of IT Operations at Uvik Software from March 2021 to March 2024. At Uber, Bill was instrumental as a Director from April 2017 to February 2021, overseeing a large team focused on the Uber consumer app and platform, and leading engineering efforts in Business Intelligence and Data Services. Prior experience includes serving as the Head of Information Technology at Nestlé, where Bill led the development of a foundational product, and as a Software Engineer, where responsibilities included developing secure applications for the legal industry. Bill holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from the Technical University of Denmark, obtained in June 2006.
