Luciano Fucello is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, currently serving as the Country Manager for NCS Multistage since September 2016, where responsibilities include providing overall leadership and strategic direction in Argentina. As President and Co-Founder of Fundación Contactos Energéticos, a high-impact think tank in LATAM focusing on energy sectors, Luciano also contributes as an Adjunct Professor at ITBA, teaching courses on well completion and workover. Previous roles include Business Development Manager at Schlumberger and Reservoir Engineer at APCO Oil and Gas International Inc. Luciano holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Buenos Aires and has obtained multiple specializations in Oil and Gas Production, Economics, and ongoing professional development in public relations and negotiation.
