Neisha Sen is an experienced professional in the financial services sector, currently serving as Growth Sales Lead at NCS Group since September 2021. Prior to this role, Neisha held various leadership positions at Microsoft, focusing on digital transformation in the Asia Pacific region, and at IBM, where leadership roles spanned over 17 years, including Director/Partner positions for insurance and global banks in ASEAN as well as commercial markets. Neisha began their career at HCL Infosystems as an Account Manager, targeting new accounts in the financial sector. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Computers from Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology, along with executive education from China Europe International Business School and INSEAD, and advanced sales leadership training from Boston University.
