Bobby Stemper has extensive experience in procurement and sourcing roles. Bobby is currently the Corporate Vice President - Sourcing and Repair Operations at NCR Voyix, where they lead a team of global sourcing professionals and oversees the global repair network. Prior to this, Stemper was the Vice President Of Global Sourcing at NCR Corporation, responsible for global sourcing of outsourced repair, operations, and all indirect procurement. Stemper also has a background in operational leadership and performance management, having worked at AT&T in various roles such as Director of Access Management, Director of International Carrier Performance Management and Access Analytics, and Director of Procurement Consulting. Bobby also has experience in merger integration efforts and project management. Stemper started their career as a National Operations Data Agent at Johnson Controls.

Bobby Stemper has a Bachelor of Science degree from Marquette University, with a focus on Operations and Supply Chain Management and International Business. Bobby also obtained a certification in Radical Candor from LinkedIn in 2019.
