Radhika Tumma is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Manager at NCR Atleos and NCR Corporation since October 2023 and April 2023, respectively. With a strong background in human resources, Radhika previously held HR Manager positions at Diebold Nixdorf from September 2019 to March 2023 and at Belcan from April 2016 to January 2019, where extensive responsibilities included talent development, performance management, and stakeholder management. Previous roles include HR Business Partner at B/E Aerospace and various HR positions at HSBC Software Technologies India Pvt Ltd and HIL Limited. Radhika holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Osmania University and a B.Sc. from Bharat Degree College for Women.
