James A. Farr is an experienced Presales Solutions Architect at NCR Atleos since June 2023, focusing on regional and global service design and managed service frameworks. Previously, James held multiple roles at Perficient from November 2013 to June 2023, including Solutions Architect for the Microsoft Business Unit, responsible for onboarding and governance of the Cloud Solution Provider program, and Solutions Architect for the Managed Services Organization, overseeing service management team development. Earlier career experiences include technical consulting roles at Astute Solutions and Versitec, providing 24x7 application and infrastructure support. James holds an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from DeVry University and has pursued further education at Methodist Theological School in Ohio and Columbus State Community College.
