Sachin Darak has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in talent acquisition and recruitment. Sachin started their career as a Management Trainee-Intern at Volkswagen India in 2014. Sachin then joined Neeyamo Enterprise Solutions in 2015 as a Recruiter-Service Delivery Partner. In 2016, they moved to Neilsoft Ltd as a Recruitment Executive. Finally, they joined nCircle Tech in 2020, initially as a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition and currently as a Lead Talent Acquisition.

Sachin Darak completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Savitribai Phule Pune University between 2013 and 2015.
