Michelle Nicewonger has extensive experience in consulting and mortgage lending, currently serving as a Principal Implementation Consultant at nCino, Inc. since October 2021, where responsibilities include designing solutions based on customer needs and coordinating implementation plans. Prior to nCino, Michelle worked as a Mortgage Loan Originator at Allstate Home Mortgage, focusing on networking and client relationship management. Michelle's background also includes a position as a Senior Business Consultant at Temenos, where project planning and business analysis were key responsibilities, and a Senior Business Analyst role at FIS, overseeing software implementations. Earlier career roles include Controller at First National Bank of Central Florida and various accounting positions at Citrus Bank and United American Bank of Central Florida. Michelle holds a degree in Banking from Louisiana State University and has obtained Professional Scrum Master certification.
