Pam Eckardt has extensive experience in software quality assurance, manual testing, and bug reporting. Pam has worked in various companies such as NCHFA, LexisNexis, CA Technologies, Pharsight Corporation, PPD, TeleHealth Services, GSK, etrials Worldwide, and Buildnet. Pam has expertise in creating test cases, working in Agile environments, mentoring junior QA personnel, and using tools like Microsoft Test Manager, JIRA, and UFT. Pam holds a BS in Computer and Information Science from the University of Oregon and an AA in General Studies from Central Oregon Community College.
