Brian Baker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Projects and Delivery at nChain since May 2020, Brian oversees daily PMO operations, manages project managers across multiple countries, and ensures robust service delivery and governance structures. Prior roles include Program Manager at Monterosa and IT Project Manager at Mitie, where Brian led initiatives that improved project visibility, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication. With a background as Project Manager and Business Analyst at Lloyd's Register, along with earlier management roles in facilities for individuals with mental illness, Brian holds a Master of Science in Applied Psychology from the University of Middlesex and dual bachelor's degrees in Psychology and History from the University of Oregon.
