Kim Taylor is an accomplished marketing and communications leader with extensive experience in brand management, public relations, and strategic communication. Currently serving as the Director of Brand, Communications & Partnerships at NCFE since October 2020, Kim is integral to the Chief Customer Officer leadership team, overseeing internal and external communications for the NCFE Group. Previously, Kim held key marketing leadership roles at InterLearn, Interserve Citizen Services, Interserve Learning & Employment, Employment and Skills Group, and Working Links, where responsibilities included developing marketing strategies, guiding communication efforts, and enhancing brand awareness. Kim earned a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Teesside University.
