Timothy Sirdevan currently serves as Program Manager at NCCER, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Timothy had a long tenure at The Home Depot from October 1990 to June 2023, where roles included District Human Resources Manager, responsible for leading the HR function for an 11-store district with 1,500 employees and over $250M in sales, as well as HR Programs Manager/Divisional Recruiter, where management of the recruiting processes for the Western division was a key focus. Earlier experience includes Store Management, overseeing a team of over 100-200 employees across multiple locations. Timothy holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida, earned between 1987 and 1990.
