Daniel Serrano is a Systems Manager and Test Systems Manager at NCCER, where responsibilities include developing, implementing, and managing processes to ensure products meet quality, function, and reliability specifications prior to delivery. Prior to this role, Daniel owned DMS Graphics LLC, where graphic repairs and installations were performed across various locations.
