Divya Singh is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in finance and accounting. Currently serving as the Head of Finance at NCAER since June 2023, Divya previously held the position of Assistant General Manager at ATS Infrastructure Ltd from October 2018 to July 2023, focusing on auditing, internal control, and financial analysis. Prior experience includes working as a Manager at Paarth Infrabuild Private Limited, where corporate operations and audit portfolio management were key responsibilities, and as a Senior Accounts Officer at the Airforce Naval Housing Board, handling budget forecasting and financial reporting. Divya holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management with a specialization in Accounting and Finance from the Institute of Management Studies (IMS) Ghaziabad, completed in 2005.
