Vicki Medlin is a Senior Business System Analyst with extensive experience since April 1992 at NC State Government. Prior to this role, Vicki served as a Medical Staff and Physician Recruiter at Kaiser Permanente from January 1998 to October 2000, and gained experience at the NC Corporate Office from March 1990 to October 2000. Vicki holds a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry from Campbell University Divinity School (2012 - 2015), a Bachelor of Science in Religion from the University of Mount Olive (2010 - 2011), and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from NC Wesleyan (1995 - 1998).
