Milizhia Mills currently serves as the Assistant Recruitment Manager at the NC Department of Health and Human Services since September 2023, adding to previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Children's Home Society of North Carolina from January 2022 to August 2023. Earlier professional experience includes an Administrative Assistant role at BEHAVIOR CONSULTATION & PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES, PLLC from December 2020 to September 2021. Milizhia is pursuing a Master of Public Administration in Human Resources Management at North Carolina Central University, expected to be completed in January 2025, following a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, earned in May 2021.
