Chief Executive Officer at NC Custom

Lance Stier has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Lance started their career at MD Sass as a Summer Analyst in Alternative Investments in 2003. Lance then worked at Lehman Brothers as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group, where they were involved in structuring and executing transactions across different industries.

In 2006, Lance joined Wellspring Capital Management LLC as a Private Equity Associate, focusing on managing funds and investments. Lance later became a Private Equity Senior Associate at Paine & Partners, where they played a key role in sourcing and negotiating new deal opportunities for the firm.

In 2009, Lance became the CEO of NC Custom, a division of Nassau Candy, specializing in customization and private label confectionery and snacks. Lance simultaneously served as the Head of M&A, Business Development, and Strategy at Nassau Candy.

Throughout their career, Lance held several leadership positions within the confectionery industry. Lance was the Chief Executive Officer at Chocolate Inn | Lanco, AmuseMints Sweets & Snacks (a Division of Nassau Candy), and ACE USA, which is an affiliate of AmuseMints. In these roles, they oversaw the growth and development of these companies, focusing on manufacturing, brand development, and merchandise collections.

Additionally, Lance established and led NC Custom's Customization Division, a leading manufacturer and distributor of edible goods, hard goods, health and beauty products, and apparel for promotional products, hospitality, and specialty retail industries.

Lance is also a member of YPO, an organization for young global leaders. Lance'swork experience demonstrates their expertise in the confectionery industry, private equity, and investment banking, showcasing their diverse skill set and business acumen.

Lance Stier attended the University of Pennsylvania from 2000 to 2004. In 2021, they participated in the Harvard Business School Executive Education program, specializing in Navigating Organizational & Cultural Change.
