Scott Williams is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in diverse industries. Since December 2018, Scott has held multiple senior HR roles at NBCUniversal, including VP of Human Resources for Global TV Distribution & Universal Pictures Home Entertainment and HR Director for UK Networks & Distribution. Prior to this, Scott was a Principal Consultant at LBF Coaching & Consulting, offering expertise in executive coaching, HR strategy, and diversity training. Additional experience includes serving as Head of HR for Fitch Solutions & Fitch Learning at Fitch Group, where Scott was a key advisor to CEOs and oversaw business integration. Earlier roles include HR management positions at Morgan Stanley and Coles, as well as a legal career at Lander & Rogers, advising on workplace relations. Scott holds degrees in Law and Languages from Monash University, a Postgraduate Certificate in Communications from Deakin University, and studied French Linguistics at Université Blaise Pascal.
