Prabhu Panchaksharam, MBA, is a seasoned professional in quality, performance, and site reliability engineering with extensive experience at NBCUniversal and CNBC. Currently serving as the Head of Quality, Performance & Site Reliability Engineering at NBCU News Group since August 2021, Prabhu leads quality engineering efforts for renowned platforms including NBC News, Today, MSNBC, and CNBC. Prior roles at CNBC span over a decade, where Prabhu advanced from QA Lead to Director, managing teams focused on customer experience, quality assurance, and performance engineering. Notable achievements include spearheading the transition from Quality Assurance to Quality Engineering and implementing robust automation frameworks. Prabhu holds a Master of Business Administration from the Feliciano School of Business and multiple certifications, including a Six Sigma Green Belt and ITIL V2.
