Ulrik Tobias Peter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital innovations and banking operations. Currently serving as the Head of Alternative Channels & Digital Transformations at NBC Tanzania since December 2020, Ulrik manages digital touchpoints, ensuring growth and customer satisfaction in retail banking. Prior to this role, Ulrik was the Manager of Digital Innovations & Solutions at NBC Tanzania, focusing on research and management of retail banking digital products. Ulrik also contributed to CRDB Bank Plc as a Mobile Software Developer, working on innovative software solutions and applications. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Organizational Leadership from Aalto University, an MBA from the University of Dar es Salaam, and a Bachelor's degree in Computing, Mathematics, and Information Technology from The Institute of Finance Management.
