Hayley Bordui is a seasoned professional currently serving as Senior Director of Strategy & Operations at the National Basketball Association since January 2024, where responsibilities include leading a business transformation project for an NBA/2K joint venture and supporting the CEO in various capacities. Previously, Hayley held the role of Senior Manager of Business Strategy & Analytics at the Chicago White Sox and received an early promotion during that tenure. Earlier experience includes a successful period at Bain & Company, earning "Consistently Outperforming" ratings and managing multiple teams throughout different roles. Hayley holds a degree in Business Economics and Public Policy from Indiana University Bloomington.
