Bronwyn Craig worked as a Business Systems Content Coordinator at Naylor Love from August 2014 to the present. Prior to that, they served as a Newborn Hearing Screener at the Canterbury District Health Board from April 2010 to December 2014.

Bronwyn Craig has a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics and Japanese from the University of Canterbury. They also pursued Japanese Studies at Sophia University.
