Oded Rozenhaft has extensive work experience in operations and customer success roles. Oded is currently serving as the Head of Operations at Nayax and also holds the position of Head of Operations & Customer Success at CoinBridge, a subsidiary of Nayax. In their previous role at Stereo shop, Oded worked as a Sales and Marketing Specialist, responsible for sales of audio and cinema systems to both private and business customers. Oded managed the supply chain, operated the eCommerce trading site, and handled marketing, advertising, sales, and customer service. Prior to that, they worked at yes as an Operations Manager, where they oversaw the day-to-day operations of an outsourcing center for technical support with a team of 200 employees. Oded also served as a Technical Manager, managing a team of 25 technical service representatives and as an Expert Representative in the technical department, providing support to technical service representatives, technicians, and installers.
