Marwan Wael has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to 2020. Their first role was as a Team Leader at Wellspring Camps in 2009. In 2012, they were an Operations Associate at Directions Logistics. In 2013, they were an Assistant Manager at Southside Enterprises LLC. In 2014, they were a Student Center Financial Analyst at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. In 2015, they held two roles, a Branch Coordinator at American Tandoor and a Public Relations Specialist at ClubCorp. In 2018, they were a Sales Coordinator at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts. In 2020, they held four roles, an Assistant Sales Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, a Sales Manager, a Sales Team Leader, and a Senior Property Consultant at Nawy.

Marwan Wael attended The American University in Cairo from 2011 to 2013 where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. Marwan then attended Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania from 2013 to 2015, also obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. Before that, they attended the American International School of Egypt from 2009 to 2011 and obtained an American Diploma.
