Claire O’Toole OAM is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the built environment, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at FACTION in Hobart, where the focus is on innovative real estate consulting. Claire has a strong background in sustainability, and small footprint living, having held various roles including Senior Consultant at Green Wave Projects and Projects Director at Bentley Workspaces. Claire has also contributed significantly to the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) as the Tasmanian Chapter Treasurer and has held multiple leadership positions within the Australian Institute of Building. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Building and a Bachelor of Planning and Design from the University of Melbourne, along with ongoing studies in Home Energy Efficiency and Sustainability.
