Zack Hannah is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in various roles within the financial sector. Currently serving as the Lead Accountant for Technical Accounting at Navy Federal Credit Union since December 2019, Zack is responsible for researching technical accounting issues and providing process improvement recommendations. Prior to this, Zack held senior accounting positions at NextEra Energy, Inc., and Gulf Power Company, where responsibilities included account reconciliations and leading SEC financial statement disclosure controls. Earlier experience includes senior internal auditing at Southern Company and audit supervision at Warren Averett, among other accounting roles. Zack holds a Master of Accountancy from the UWF Lewis Bear Jr. College of Business and dual Bachelor's degrees in Accounting from Tulane University.
