Jeff Alexander is a seasoned business analyst with extensive experience in technology migration, modernization, and business process re-engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Navy Federal Credit Union since March 2023, Jeff has previously held roles at Simple Technology Solutions as a Business Architect and Scrum Master, Northrop Grumman in multiple capacities including Principal Business Analyst and IT Manager, as well as positions focusing on quality control and business analysis at Halfaker and Associates, SiloSmashers, and Battle Resource Management, Inc. Jeff's earlier career included service as a Lieutenant and Naval Aviator in the US Navy. Jeff holds a Master's of Science in Technology Management from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Virginia Tech.
