Ellen Espartero Carpe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and team leadership across various high-profile organizations. Currently serving as Manager II for Power Platform Implementation at Navy Federal Credit Union since January 2019, Ellen has successfully led agile teams to deliver enhanced digital membership and onboarding features while collaborating with stakeholders to maximize business value. In addition to current responsibilities, Ellen operates as a coach, fitness instructor, and franchise owner at Row House, fostering a supportive fitness community. Previous roles include strategic consulting positions at National Geographic Partners and AARP, as well as product management roles at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK, 3C Interactive, Modernizing Medicine, and others.
