Alokita Sharma is a seasoned HR professional with a diverse background in human resources, culture building, and internal communication across various organizations. Currently serving as a Founding Team Member at Navvyasa Consulting since September 2023, Alokita focuses on developing comprehensive HR policies and fostering company culture. Prior to this, Alokita held significant roles at 1K as People and Culture Manager and Associate Manager, and at Shipsy as Manager of People Success, where technology-driven solutions for feedback and engagement tracking were implemented. Previous experience includes positions at CARS24, KFC India, Headsup Corporation, Tata Teleservices, and experience in authorship and editing. Alokita holds a Master's degree from FORE School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from IITM, Gwalior.
