Kingston Duffie has a long and diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Kingston is currently the Founder and CEO of Navu, a position they started in August 2022. Before that, they were the Founder of Slickstream from August 2018 to September 2022. Prior to that, they founded Channels.cc and held the role from May 2011 to July 2018. Kingston also founded The Fanfare Group, serving as the CTO, from 2004 to 2011. Kingston had a similar role at Turnstone Systems from 1998 to 2003. In addition, Kingston was the Founder and CTO of Whitetree, a startup focused on ATM networking for the enterprise, from 1993 to 1997. Kingston worked as the Director of Engineering at NetExpress from 1990 to 1993 and started their career as an Engineer at Bell Northern Research from 1982 to 1988.
Kingston Duffie obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Physics from Queen's University, where they studied from 1978 to 1982. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering at McGill University from 1983 to 1985.
