Doug Roman currently serves as the Associate Manager for Health Plan/Strategic Client Implementation at Navitus Health Solutions, a position held since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Optum as a Senior Project Manager focused on Kaiser client management, and as a Senior Implementation Project Manager at Grace Church of Otsego, where efforts included strategic initiative development and budget management. Additional experience encompasses positions at UnitedHealth Group and HealthPartners in roles related to client onboarding and member services, as well as project management and team supervision at Express Scripts. Doug Roman holds a Doctor of Ministries from Central Baptist Theological Seminary, along with certifications in project management from Stanford Center for Professional Development and Villanova University.
