Rodel R. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in semiconductor packaging and quality management. Currently serving as the Sr. Package Engineering Manager at Navitas Semiconductor since March 2021, Rodel previously held the position of Supplier Quality Engineering Manager at Cirrus Logic from January 2013 to March 2021, directing a six-person team in Asia and managing various wafer fab and assembly sites. Rodel’s prior experience includes roles as Customer Quality Manager for Automotive accounts at Infineon Technologies, where support was provided to key automotive clients, and as Sr. Engineering Manager in the Packaging Development Group, responsible for significant improvements in packaging processes. Early career achievements at International Rectifier involved directing a large team and achieving a remarkable production increase over five years. Rodel holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Technological University of the Philippines and a Bachelor of Engineering Technology in Industrial Electronics Technology.
