Orly Cultura, FPC has a diverse range of work experience in payroll and treasury accounting. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Payroll Specialist at Megaworld Corporation. At IBM from 2011 to 2013, Orly was responsible for testing tax calculations in SAP, maintaining tax records, preparing payroll reconciliation reports, and providing resolutions to error messages. They then moved to NGA Human Resources from 2013 to 2015, where they were a Treasury Accountant handling various payroll-related tasks, such as testing SAP updates, processing funding requests, and managing payroll data. In 2015, Orly joined Amadeus IT Group as a Payroll Coordinator, and later in 2016, they transitioned to Navitaire, an Amadeus company, as a Payroll specialist.

Orly Cultura, FPC attended the University of the East from 2004 to 2009. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting.
