Sheena Ereyn Casiquin, CLSSYB, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Sheena Ereyn currently works as a Software QA Specialist at Navitaire, an Amadeus company, where they are involved in various projects such as Ultra Air (U0) and Flyadeal (F3). Their responsibilities include participating in Agile Scrum teams, collaborating with product owners and developers, and presenting testing considerations.

Prior to their current role, Sheena worked as a Sr. Software QA Engineer at Navitaire, where they contributed to the testing efforts of projects such as 5J Web Team, TA Portal, and Ultra Air Web and TAP. Sheena Ereyn wrote and reviewed test cases, tracked and resolved bugs, and made improvements to testing processes.

Before joining Navitaire, Sheena was a Junior Software Quality Analyst at Cambridge University Press. In this role, they gained experience in test case design and development, manual testing for web-based applications, and working with Agile methodology. Sheena Ereyn also ensured that software quality assurance standards were met.

Sheena's earlier work experience includes working as an ICT Consultant at Fortworth Incorporated, where they created detailed reports and provided strategic advice to clients. Sheena Ereyn also served as an ICT Team Lead and IT Officer during their time at Fortworth Incorporated.

Sheena Ereyn Casiquin, CLSSYB, pursued their education starting from 2006 to 2010 at Manila Central University, completing their Secondary Level qualification. Sheena Ereyn then enrolled at Colegio de San Juan de Letran, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology from 2010 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Sheena also obtained two professional certifications. In September 2017, they earned the Google Certified Educator Level 1 certification from Google. Later, in May 2020, they obtained the Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Divergenz Training and Consulting.
