Nicole Tjaden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare management and provider relations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Network Strategy & Recruitment at Navigator Healthcare Inc. since August 2021, Nicole previously held roles at Optum as a Senior Provider Relations Advocate from March 2017 to August 2021 and at Region II Human Services as a Care Coordinator from July 2007 to March 2017. Early in the career, Nicole worked as a Legal Administrative Assistant at Cohen, Kennedy, Dowd & Quigley P.C. from August 2002 to June 2007. Academically, Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services from the University of Phoenix and an Associate's degree in Legal Office Technology from Southeast Community College-Lincoln.
