Chandra Tucker has a long and successful career in customer service and account management. Chandra began their career in 1996 as a Telephone Account Manager at Ameritech. In 1998, they joined SBC Public Communications and held the roles of Account Executive and Customer Service Manager. In 2002, they moved to AT&T Public Communications as a Customer Service Manager, Inmate Technical Support. In 2006, they joined Windstream Communications (Formerly Norlight, Inc.) as Director, Customer Service. In 2012, they joined Fairmont Supply Company as Distribution Center Manager. In 2016, they joined P&I Supply Co as Sr Account Manager. In 2017, they joined Motivating Systems, LLC as Senior Director, Customer Success. Finally, in 2023, they joined Navigate360 as Sr. Director Customer Success.

Chandra Tucker attended the University of Evansville from 1990 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education, English. Chandra then attended West Virginia University to study Business Management.
