Drishti Garg is an HR Generalist for Naviga in India since September 2021, bringing a wealth of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition from previous roles at AVANT and Collabera Inc. As a recruiter at AVANT, Drishti focused on automotive engineering recruitment across multiple business units, specializing in vehicle engineering and electrification. Prior to that, recruitment efforts took place at IMS People Possible and Collabera, a prominent IT staffing firm in the U.S. Drishti holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Vidya College of Engineering, Meerut, graduated in 2019.
