Ian Schaak has a diverse professional background, currently serving as a Solution Center Associate at Navient since September 2022, where responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating on projects. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Service Representative at Maximus and Navient, as well as a Graphic Artist at Your Tees Indy and City Screen Print & Embroidery. Ian also has experience as a Senior Graphic Artist at Dunn's Sporting Goods and an intern at WISN 12 News, focusing on social media management and video editing. Early in the career, Ian worked as a lifeguard at the Jewish Community Center of Indianapolis. Ian holds an Associate's degree in Software Development from Ivy Tech Community College and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Marquette University.
