Emma Simone has a background in technical roles, starting as a Technical Specialist at Apple before moving on to positions such as Technical Analyst lll at Hyland and Senior Technical Specialist at Wolters Kluwer. Currently working as an Associate Manager of the Customer Success Team at Naviant, Emma combines their customer success expertise with project management responsibilities. Prior to their technical roles, Emma studied at Stark State College from 2014 to 2016.
