Raja Shekar Mekala is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing and managing technical solutions across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer (SDE - 3) at Navi since September 2021, Raja has played a pivotal role in scaling the Collections & Core Banking team and overseeing the management of NAVI's assets under management, exceeding ₹100MM. Prior to this, Raja was a Software Development Engineer at Amazon, where contributions led to significant revenue generation in the SP marketplace through the development of a metadata enrichment pipeline. Previous roles also include software engineering positions at Juniper Networks, where tailored solutions for network reliability were delivered, and a foundational internship experience in networking. Raja holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Manipal Institute of Technology.
