Cindy Raz, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as Chief People Officer at NAVEX since June 2012, where responsibilities expanded through various leadership roles in Human Resources and Organizational Development. With extensive experience in ethics and compliance, Cindy contributed to NAVEX Globalā„¢, which supports over 12,500 clients worldwide in governance, risk, and compliance solutions. Prior roles included Director of Organizational Development and Human Resources Manager at Ethicspoint Inc, and multiple managerial positions at Waggener Edstrom. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Liberal Arts from Portland State University and various certifications in HR, leadership assessment, and business management.
