Jason Lesher has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jason started their career as a Recruiter in the U.S. Army from 1991 to 1998. Jason then worked as a Technical Recruiter for Aerotek from 1998 to 1999 and for Johnson Service Group from 1999 to 2000. From 2000 to 2001, Jason worked as a Technical Recruiter for CTG. Jason then joined Johnson Service Group again as a Senior Technical Recruiter from 2001 to 2005. Jason then worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter for CDI Corporation from 2005 to 2006 and for CIBER, Inc. from 2006 to 2009. Jason then transitioned into a Recruiting Manager role at Navarro Research and Engineering from 2009 to 2018. Currently, Jason holds the position of Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Navarro Research and Engineering.
Jason Lesher attended Tulane University Law School from 2016 to 2018, earning a Master of Jurisprudence degree with a focus on Labor and Employment Law. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2005, they studied at Tennessee Technological University where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jason Lesher holds a certification as an Elite Certified Recruitment Expert (ECRE) from AIRS, although the specific date of attainment is not provided.
