Axel Scheele is an experienced engineer currently serving as Lead Engineer at NAVARA, focusing on ticketing machine development, and also leading the Future Technologies business unit. With a strong background in software engineering, Axel has held positions at companies like Homerr, where responsibilities included improving IT system reliability, and Capgemini Nederland, contributing as a Senior Software Engineer and Community Lead. Experience in data enrichment platforms on AWS and teaching data science tooling courses reflects Axel's commitment to technology. Previous roles include FEM Specialist at VERWATER, where custom finite element analysis was conducted, and a Master Thesis project at TU Delft addressing patient-specific assessments of knee prostheses. Axel holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, complemented by early involvement in the Formula Student Racing Team.
