Simone Janssen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and customer success. Currently serving as an Enterprise Account Manager at Navan since January 2022, Simone has held several titles within the company, including Senior Account Manager and Senior Customer Success Manager. Prior to Navan, Simone worked at Workday as a Senior Customer Success Manager, and previously at Scout RFP, which was acquired by Workday, in the role of Customer Success Manager. Simone’s career also includes significant roles at CEB, now Gartner, where responsibilities ranged from managing an internal survey platform to developing technical HR tools as an Associate Product Manager and Business & Product Specialist. Early career experience includes positions at The Virginia Athletics Foundation, where marketing strategies were developed and executed to enhance fan engagement. Simone Janssen holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce, University of Virginia.
