Jaclyn Randall is an experienced Internal Communications Manager at Navan since March 2019, responsible for developing and executing strategies for over 2,500 global employees and serving as a trusted partner on executive and change management initiatives. Previously, Jaclyn held roles as Employee Experience Program Manager and Workplace Experience Lead, managing internal communications and engagement programs across multiple offices. Prior to Navan, Jaclyn worked at Eventbrite as Manager of Workplace Experience and Office Manager, and at kikki.K as Office Experience Coordinator. Starting a career in corporate suites management at EPICURE, Jaclyn holds a Bachelor of Science from Deakin University, a VCE diploma from Parkwood Secondary College, and a Certificate 3 in Business Administration from Suzan Johnston Training Organization.
