Kendall McMillen is an experienced manager specializing in naval maintenance and modernization, currently serving as the PMT San Diego Sustainment Manager at Naval Sea Systems Command since July 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Orbis Inc as the AWP Program Manager and Availability Work Package Manager, overseeing US Navy maintenance schedules and providing expert counsel to senior leadership. Kendall has also served in various capacities aboard submarines, including Maintenance and Material Management Coordinator on USS Annapolis, demonstrating strong leadership and mentoring skills while managing personnel and operational readiness.
