Ken Hartlaub

Principal Design Engineer at Naval Sea Systems Command

Ken Hartlaub has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ken currently works as a Principal Design Engineer at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) since 2022. In 2023, they are expected to join Brown University Pre-College Programs as a Faculty member. Ken has also worked as a Senior Engineer at Raytheon Technologies from 2004 to 2008, an Embedded Software & Systems Engineer at KVH Industries, Inc. from 2002 to 2004, and a Software Engineer at Raytheon Technologies from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, they have research and software development experience as a Research Assistant & Software Developer at MIT Sloan School of Management in 1997.

Ken Hartlaub has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Gordon College, which they obtained from 1995 to 1998. Ken further pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth from 2002 to 2006. Finally, they completed a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute between 2009 and 2012.
