Sebastien Froment has extensive experience in supply chain management and performance optimization, currently serving as Directeur supply chain and Directeur performance at NAVAL GROUP since September 2012, along with a role as a consultant. Prior to this, Sebastien Froment worked at AREVA from November 2004 to September 2012, holding positions such as Responsable production site Mecagest, Responsable soutien exploitation, and Pilote de projet. Sebastien Froment holds an Executive Certificate in Black Belt Lean Six Sigma from CentraleSupélec, completed in 2015.
