Previous roles include HR Assistant, supporting recruitment and onboarding efforts while maintaining compliance with labor laws. Midy also served as a Licensed New Home Sales Assistant at Minto Communities Florida, providing customer interaction and support in the selling process, and worked as a Special Education Teacher focusing on students with autism at Orange County Public Schools. Additionally, Midy spent several years as a Real Estate Associate, facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers. Midy holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rutgers University - Newark.
