Tim Lewis is an experienced program manager currently with Nautilus Integrated Solutions since March 2023. Previously, Tim held the position of VP of Sales at Castle & Cooke Mortgage from November 2021 to March 2023, focusing on mentoring loan officers to enhance clients' mortgage experiences. Tim also served as President of Panorama Mortgage Advisors, dedicated to client satisfaction, and held various leadership roles at Castle & Cooke and iFreedom Direct Corporation, developing business strategies and fostering client relationships. Tim's expertise extends across the mortgage industry, emphasizing passion and effective communication. A retired Army Major, Tim brings strong leadership skills from military service, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and advanced training from the Army Command and General Staff College.
